Social Spin Laundry transforms laundromats into vibrant social hubs that celebrate arts, culture & community, and connect customers to care. Our nonprofit partners deliver care where people are at - literally. Care includes case management, diabetes prevention & management information, HIV testing, harm reduction, workforce development services, housing referrals and so much more. Our locations provide self-serve & laundry service options, as well as mutual aid like community fridges, clothing racks, little libraries and weather relief. We process hundreds of pounds of laundry each day, specializing in serving like-minded community organizations. For example, we process the linens for our community's refugee welcome center and personal laundry for residents of emergency shelter programs. 100% of our team members have an unjust barrier to employment. We partner with nonprofits to provide onsite training to employment opportunities for their clients, as well as hire our favorite customers. We connect communities. We provide fresh starts.
