I teach Yoga that is sensory friendly and inclusive of all shapes, sizes, disabilities, and backgrounds. All Yoga classes are available online and are prerecorded so that my students can take classes at their convenience and comfort. Yoga has been a huge part of my life for many years, it brings me great happiness. I went through Yoga Teacher Training for a year and a half and graduated in January 2022, I knew the whole time I wanted to start a virtual Yoga studio so that folks like me who have a hard time going to studios are able to bring the studio to their homes.
