Orchestra Provisions offers nutrient-dense protein products that normalize insect protein- including protein powders, seasoning blends, and with the help of a loan, a high-protein instant oatmeal option. Our insect as ingredients philosophy makes our products familiar, accessible, and tasty. Our mission is to offer all the nutritional value of consuming insect protein without compromising the dining experience. Our business has two revenue streams: an online DTC shop and a strong base of distribution through regional grocery stores and restaurants. This business was born in Idaho in the fall of 2018 after completing a graduate degree in nutrition science, where I realized that insect protein is an underutilized protein source that could be a piece to the puzzle in mending our broken food systems and feeding 10 billion mouths by 2050.
