Our Story
Nostalgia is disrupting the coffee industry by launching coffee in a brew bag. With the innovative coffee in a brew bag, the consumer can make an exceptional cup of coffee using only hot water, our brew bag, and a mug. Although the brewing method is simple, the science is not. We obsessed over this concept, tailored our coffee from origin, roasted profile, and blend ratio, and found the ideal micron particle size and off-gassing time needed to make the brew bag taste exceptional.
