I run a company called Ison Transportation, and we deliver freight to customers throughout the Midwest. My company is based out of Chicago, and we service customers in the Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, and Missouri markets. I am limited to these areas because I have a set miles limit each week on the truck I rent. I started my business in January 2020 with aspirations of creating a family business I can pass down to my children. I also started this business to grow my fleet to provide jobs to at-risk minorities in Chicago.
