Authentic Puertorrican Food is located in Flagstaff, AZ. We proudly serve authentic Puerto Rican and Caribbean Food! We are mostly known for our Arroz con gandules & pernil and we are the ONLY place in Flagstaff where you can find it! We also serve a delicious MOFONGO that is amazing! We mash it and serve it with a slice of delicious roast pork or shrimp on top! We bring great food to locations all over our city. Our food truck is more than just a place to grab lunch. It is a place to try out new dishes created by a tremendous Puerto Rican Chef, Francys ( of course, my wife), from fresh local ingredients. When we first started our business, we did not expect this overwhelming success. We will be opening our first restaurant soon, and we are excited about this opportunity to serve Flagstaff with a different kind of diversity.
