Unfortunately, with the global outbreak of COVID, my original plan had to change because I had to find a way to survive. Still, I also wanted to do something where I could support myself and help others simultaneously. I always like to stay positive and optimistic regardless of the situation, so I decided to create X Global Group to help people experiencing depression and anxiety due to the pandemic situation. I first started creating groups by zooming, and in a matter of days, the Global Group community had significantly increased with high demand in the Silicon Valley area. Then there is when I decided to move to California with the goal of opening a fitness studio. As of today, I have more than 3000 people helping them in the treatment of pathologies such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart problems, Parkinson, high blood pressure, weight loss, etc., and my greatest dream is to be able to open my own training studio to transform the lives of more people, through my knowledge about the body and mental health wellness.
