I am in the food and beverage industry. I have innovated the process of making a traditional Mexican dish known as Birria. Tony's Fusion Foods operates out of a local food processing company. From here we take Nelia's La Autentica Birria Sauce and distribute it to local grocery stores, local pop up events, and through online for resale. After having to shut down my previous food business "Tony's Coconut Fusion" I found myself in a pivoting stage. I noticed a trend on social media that would allow me to introduce an innovative food product into the market. In 2021 Nelia's La Autentica Birra Sauce was launched and has been growing ever since.
