Breaking Diets Since 2014. I founded BTG from a small food cart. The only goal was my boss and a promise to myself to go all in.
In 8 short years, BTG has received multiple accolades and publications and, in 2020, opened the doors to our first Brick n Mortar.
BTG specializes in gourmet comfort food. Our menu consists of decadent hot dogs and quesadillas, an overall menu we describe as Sonoran with a twist. We combine authentic meals and flavors to create a unique and exciting culinary experience. As food lovers, we look for the spots. Those locally owned restaurants in every city we visit. We seek those standouts, the fun, the different, the delicious, and the options only locals can recommend.
Our Vision for BTG is to be just this for people. Fun eats for food lovers. Our brick n mortar recently hit our second year in businessa 2% survival rate for new restaurants. Starting a restaurant is a large investment already. Recently we got offered a fantastic opportunity for expansion. A permanent location in the heart of downtown Tucson. This opportunity has us dipping into our reserves to help see this project through.
Your help & investment are appreciated to help take our young company to the next phase of our journey.
