Our Story
That Hawaiian Guy's BBQ in South Russell is a catering business specializing in mouthwatering Hawaiian-inspired cuisine as well as mainland BBQ. We bring the flavors to Northeast Ohio, offering a unique culinary experience that combines traditional Hawaiian recipes with local ingredients. We also include mainland BBQ done right, with attention to a wood smoker vs an electric smoker.
Our Ambition
The funds raised on this Honeycomb investment offering will go towards the construction of the kitchen in the new location. Having this kitchen will provide us with a larger space, allowing for increased efficiency and capacity to cater to more events simultaneously. With improved facilities, we can expand our services, and offer a wider variety of menu options. This project will enhance our overall operational capabilities, enabling us to take our catering business to new heights.
