Our Ambition
In the next 5 years, SliceSpace will capture a leading market share of the fractionalized commercial real estate space. The company plans to launch 100 properties in the first 24 months and more than 300 total properties in the first 5 years. The user base is projected to surpass 300,000 in the first 24 months and reach 1M users within the first 5 years. Given a very conservative projection, SliceSpace will have a total of $7B of assets under management by year five (not guaranteed).
