SheFly designs innovative and inclusive apparel for people to feel safe, comfortable and confident to explore as they are. Our first product is the Go There Pant, a technical outdoor pant with a patented zipper design that allows everyone to relieve themselves outside without exposing skin to the elements or other people. We started this company because we were fed up with clothing that wasn’t designed for our bodies. We launched our Go There Pants through an IFundWomen crowdfunding campaign from our college dorm rooms and used that funding to start manufacturing our first batch of pants at a fair trade and zero waste facility in India. The pandemic hit in the middle of our first production run, and we lost all of the fabric and hardware that we'd already spent our crowdfunding funds on. We had to start over, find new factories and suppliers, and stop taking orders for a year and a half. We built a new supply chain, got loans and pieced together finances to place another order, and have been growing quickly ever since. We are now a passionate team of seven working full-time to design clothing that solves real problems. We are headquartered in Gunnison, Colorado, but our team is remote. We manufacture in Asia and in the USA, and we sell in stores and online all over the USA and in New Zealand. Our Go There Pants were named GearJunkie and USA Today Best Gift of 2022, made Outside Business Journal’s list of Top 50 Products for 2022, won a 2022 Outdoor Retailer Innovation Award, and were named Best 2023 Hiking Pant by Women's Health Magazine.
