Our Story

Rebecca is looking to grow her cafe in Kansas City!Serenity Café is located in the business district of downtown Raytown, MO. It has curb appeal and is located next to our Wellness and Yoga Center and Raytown high school and a few shopping centers. It is in the heart of the community, on a main street, and easy for customers to get to. The first thing you see in front of the café is the welcoming patio seating with a canopy and a fire pit. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers and to be known for our food, coffee, entertainment, and most of all the outstanding customer service that we provide. We have a relaxing atmosphere where customers can come to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee in our dining area or enjoy the sun out on the covered patio.Serenity Café provides a relaxing environment and is committed to creating an excellent customer experience by meeting the needs and wants of its customer. We carry gourmet coffee products such as espressos, lattes, macchiatos, and cappuccinos. We make house blends of rosemary, sage, and lavender. We also offer specialty lemonades, fresh fruit smoothies, and a variety of different ice cream blenders. All food offered are house recipes and made to order. Serenity Café targets customers from all demographics in its offerings. We offer competitive pricing, daily specials, and coupons to new and repeat customers.Serenity Café uses social media marketing to market its products and offers promotions to create new and repeat customers. Serenity Café is working to build relationships with businesses and consumers. Serenity has partnered with Price Chopper to offer advertising and coupons in store. We are a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Raytown, Blue Springs, and Kansas City, Missouri. We have hosted events for the Goodwill, Jackson County Parks and Recreation, and the local Raytown public library. Serenity has been featured in numerous food magazines and newspapers. It also supports local schools such as Raytown High School by sponsoring their football and basketball teams. Raytown High School has featured Serenity Café in their school newspaper.
