Savers Village is a workforce housing project with a twist. A four-story, multifamily, infill project in Newark’s West Ward, the building will have 39 apartment units, community room and office space. And while its primary goal will be to house families affordably, Savers Village will also offer those families a pathway to financial independence and home ownership.
Our Ambition

Each tenant will have a brokerage savings account established in their name into which 10% of their rent payment will be deposited each month to accounts managed by DS Real Estate Investors. The goal is to create impact that produces two outcomes: a good financial return and positive social change.
