Our Ambition

The funds raised in this offering will be used to refinance some high-interest debt incurred to grow the bagel business. Additionally, after hand rolling hundreds of bagels a day, Brad finally gave in and purchased a bagel rolling machine. Nomad is also looking to fund the recruiting and training costs to expand our wholesale bagel and catering operations. The growth of their wholesale operations will bring them a steady and predictable stream of revenue to help pay for their rising rent costs and facility maintenance. The growth of Nomad's catering business will bring additional revenue at a higher margin than wholesale, while increasing brand awareness. Both of these parts of the business will bring stability to the company while allowing Nomad to pay living wages, invest in some additional baking equipment and increase community involvement.
