Our Story
NETZRO has developed a proprietary state-of-the-art food upcycling platform for licensing. This technology helps power the safe capture and conversion of industrial food and beverage byproducts into new sustainable food ingredients at scale.
Our Ambition
To date NETZRO has been transforming spent grains for use as high protein, nutrient-rich ingredients in food products, eggshells into calcium and collagen for use in the health, nutrition and pet food industries, and tested numerous other byproduct streams for viability. In five years NETZRO will be collaborating with many medium to large food and beverage manufacturers to commercialize their byproduct streams with the NETZRO platform.
