Mi Corazón de Mx. is a Queer Latina-owned family business and this has been a long-time dream of mine since I began to travel and began to bring back all of these beautiful handmade artesanal items from Mexico. We are a pop-up shop that participates in various events, as well as an online shop. In 2019 I wanted to create a place to share all these beautiful pieces with you, as well as bring awareness to indigenous art and Mexican culture. My goal has been to create a safe space for others to learn about our culture or to help some reconnect with their culture. I also want to be an example for other LGBTQ+ women of color and help them along their journey of entrepreneurship.
