Jdmintcollectibles is currently an online retailer that helps fuel the passion that our customers have for gaming and collectible merchandise. We put people above cash flow and provide a customer service experience that they can’t get enough of. Because of this, our customers continue to come back and want to be a part of the Jdmintcollectibles family! With a returning customer rate of 80% and an average of 160 unique visits a day, we cannot keep up with how quickly we are growing in our second year of business! I cannot express in words the gratitude I have for my customers, because they in fact play the most crucial role in keeping my business operational. Our customers are fiercely loyal and very passionate about the money they spend at my store. My goals for Jdmintcollectibles go much further than being a retail store. I want us to be a community hub, where people can come and be their genuine selves. We want to not only teach people about collecting and games, but to make people feel included, appreciated, and cared for. We want to be a space of inclusion, especially for disabled persons and minorities, and strive to hire people who have typically been turned away because of the way they look or their physical and mental dispositions. As a Hispanic and African American man who battled a 20-year-long war with addiction and alcoholism, I know what it means to want something with no opportunities to grab onto.
