Intentional Fitness is customized group fitness centered around community commitment and consistency in the essentials of a healthy lifestyle! A Okc, OK. 73111. I started Intentional Fitness as the first business that moved to the new Eastpoint in October 2019. I chose the Eastside of Oklahoma City because as a high school teacher and coach I noticed there were no gyms or fitness studios on the Eastside for the community to workout at, improve performance, or even socialize in a healthy way on a regular basis. I later learned that the first thing gyms do is survey the demographics of a community within a 5mile radius to determine if it is lucrative enough to thrive based on the economic status of said community. Because I know the impact of health and wellness I looked at the need instead, hence why I chose the Eastside of Okc to serve where it is utilized the least, could be the most beneficial, and hopefully the most appreciated.
