Khadija is opening Henna Sooq's very first brick and mortar location! Henna Sooq is a natural hair care company based out of Columbia, MD. The company's mission is to help women and men naturally color their hair with henna-based products. Henna Sooq offers a full suite of henna dyes, herbal hair care masks, and hair care treatments. The company is dedicated to providing customers an alternative to the chemicals found in most hair care lines, offering a way to treat hair problems naturally. Henna Sooq has cultivated a following of over 200,000 customers through online purchases and social media followers. Henna Sooq's clientele is a majority of women of color, who are severely under-represented in the world of natural and healthy hair care. Our Ambition
With the capital raised, Henna Sooq will expand into a larger production space, purchase more production equipment, and hire more staff. This will allow the company to expand the brand, grow the Henna Sooq product line, and fulfill a larger volume of orders. The goal for a new space is to open to the public with retail and salon services offerings for the local community, to serve all natural hair care needs.
