GLM was founded in Pittsburgh in 2019. We offer full-body fitness once a week at a $10 flat rate. Families can access step classes, personal training, meal plans, and free community resources. GLM Fitness takes place at a local church In the community. GLM serves an abundance of different people and ages. Members are drawn to class from community flyers, word of mouth, and social media. We strive to uplift and motivate women and men of all ages by providing hand-crafted products and quality clothing. We are devoted to supporting women and men who want to create healthier bodies and more fulfilling lives through whole-hearted and compassionate coaching. All families will be able to experience a new lifestyle.
