I have a fusion food business, where our focus is on using ancestral ingredients while still innovating and using new ingredients to satisfy the palates of our customers. The business is a food truck that used to be a food stand and it operates around San Jose, City, but since day one when it used to be a food stand my partner and I always had the goal to turn it into food service on wheels. Right when we were scared the most because of the pandemic situation when many restaurants along with another type of businesses were closing doors, our dream came true and we were able to purchase a food truck. Flor de Pineapple is a wheel truck that offers a culinary adventure based on mainstream culinary culture, bringing a new concept of flavors, and we need to add other equipment in order to produce faster and ensure efficient customer service.
