I have a food truck that I own along with my husband. We make traditional and authentic Mexican food like tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and empanadas. At the moment we are located outside of Mosaic Church which is our church. They give us permission to park there and occasionally invite us to events like parties, schools, offices, or wherever they invite us to sell, we will be there. We decided to start this business because of the need to earn a little more money and be able to support ourselves and have our own business. Tengo un troca de comida el cual atiende junto con mi esposo. Hacemos comida Mexicana tradicional y auténtica como tacos, quesadillas, burritos y empanadas. Por el momento estamos localizados afuera de la Iglesia Mosaic que es a la cual asistimos. Nos dan permiso para estacionarse ahí y a veces nos invitan a eventos como fiestas, o escuelas, oficinas o donde nos inviten a vender ahí estaremos. Decidimos empezar este negocio por la necesidad de ganar un poco más de dinero y poder mantenernos y tener nuestro propio negocio.
