Fable is a farm and food hub located in Westchester County, NY, that started in 2015 out of a passion for fresh organic produce. In 2018 we expanded our Market, growing our CSA from 40 members to over 400 with our new "Farm Card." It provides CSA members flexibility and choice rather than a pre-determined produce set. I want to keep expanding the farm, growing on more land, and continuing with our market's success by selling more locally-made products that support other farms and small businesses. We also partner with local chefs who come and cook on the weekends using produce from the farm. Customers can walk around the farm, enjoy lunch, and shop in our Market while visiting. I would love to continue expanding on this team's great work.
