In 2017, I decided to start Cutting Edge Salon by turning a hobby into a way of making money to care for my family adequately. The Cutting Edge is a full-service barber and beauty salon. We specialize in natural hair care and maintenance for men, women and children. We are located in Channelview, Texas. We are a collective group of barbers, stylists and loctitians. Every individual is their own entity within the collective. A group of bosses under the same umbrella providing the best haircutting and hairstyling services. Cutting Edge's space provides income to me as a Master Barber as well as to the members of its collective. We have a steady clientele. Along with continuing to offer good service, my idea is to utilize my shop space more effectively, develop up and coming hair specialists and continue to use the shop to pour into the community.
