Our Story
CoPeace is a forward-thinking holding company, building a portfolio of carefully selected for-profit companies with measurable social and environmental impact. We want to co-create a world where friends, neighbors, and communities can invest in the change they want to see in the world. We help everyday people grow their money for good, by investing in impact businesses addressing world problems.
Our Ambition
CoPeace anticipates continued growth and plans to have at least 10 Holdings by the end of 2022, and 20 Holdings in 5 years. Meanwhile, we continue to grow the Services side of the business to more than $2M annually before 5 years. We plan to continue to raise and capital through private and public channels, with a goal to create a "mini IPO" Reg A+ in 2022 that includes secondary opportunities. We aspire to be a publicly traded company in the 5 years range.
