Café Rosé is a coffee and wine bar coming soon to Austintown, Ohio. It will be a one-stop-shop for purchasing local coffees and wines and will also sell specialty drinks - including the signature Café Rosé - all the while supporting the entrepreneurs, farmers, and people of the valley. Whether you are visiting us for your morning rush to work cup of coffee or a glass of wine to enjoy with good friends, we hope you will find Café Rosé a safe space to work, gather, and celebrate. It is our hope you will join us on our journey of discovering new coffees and wines from the valley, Ohio, and across the county, all the while connecting with people and supporting our hometown.
Our Story
If purchasing property: $20,000 down payment on the property up to $30,000 to renovate space and purchase equipment (i.e. appliances, furniture)
Our Ambition
At the intersection of many long road trips and a love for coffee and wine, Café Rosé was born. Owners Amanda and Leah would discuss creating a business while traveling down endless highways and winding through the backroads of Ohio. They would fuel their trips with coffee from local shops and unwind from a long day of travel with a glass of wine. Their visits to coffee shops and wineries throughout the state and country inspired the idea for Café Rosé. Today, Amanda and Leah are in the early stages of starting their business. They have received positive community feedback, particularly in their hometown of Austintown, and have even spoken to local artisans and brewers who are excited to sell their products at Café Rosé. They have viewed several properties in Austintown; however, they require capital to make an offer. Once capital is secured, they can purchase or lease Café Rosé's first home and begin operating their business.
