We are a southern style cuisine restaurant. We are in the growing stages of this business. Our target audience is local working class community and families. We aim to provide great customer service and quality food at affordable pricing. We are providing a safe, friendly environment for people to come out and experience homemade food in a unique way. I founded the restaurant 2021, as B’s Maple House Chicken & Waffles which is here to bring Soul Food back. We took over an existing business that had been in operation for over 6 years and was forced to shut down during COVID in March 2020. We have since reopened under new ownership on June 2020. We are changing the way people think of chicken & waffles. We take pride in our ability to mix some of that California flavor with our beloved Southern delights. To put it simply, we make cheat days fun! I am in the city of Ontario California. I am one of two restaurants in the whole city. We faced many challenges reopening without funding or grants. We were able to provide job back into the community as a small business and sever quality food at affordable price. I have been in the industry for over 15 years. I am uniquely qualified to lead this business to multiple operations with hard work and dedication. I started this business to help others. I want to be a leader in my family and community.
