Boise Booch is a local craft kombucha and hard kombucha brewery. I am finding a space to brew and open an all-ages taproom offering a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages made in-house or around Idaho. We will also provide a variety of snacks and food items and a kid's area where they can play, create, and explore rather than be expected to sit quietly at the table. The brewery and taproom will be located in a physical location in or near Boise, Idaho. We will create a welcoming space for everyone and nurture an environment that inspires the community to care for their bodies, the earth, and each other while enjoying the ride. I officially started this business about a year ago, although the idea has evolved for over a decade. I have been experimenting, working on recipe development, and hosting tastings for family and friends for almost two years.
