In 2021 me, the owner Brittany decided to start BLVCK WAX because I noticed that it was hard for women of color to find a great waxer who didn’t make people of color feel insecure about their hair texture or skin tone. In addition I created products that WORK for all skin types and has attracted a diverse clientele where everyone feels valued.
