Our Story
BenchK12 uses modern technology to propel current and future educators into the career they want. We streamline the credentialing and hiring process, so schools can grow and diversify their pools of highly-qualified substitute teachers and get the right sub for each classroom and every student.
Our Ambition
We hope to modernize the entire K12 educator career lifecycle, with our first module focusing on substitute teachers. We also aim to launch additional modules for full-time teachers and administrative staff and begin international licensing of the product. Our goal is to capture 25% of the market by year five ($350MM ARR) and reach $1B ARR by year 10.
