Our Story
Bee is a Florida mortgage company with an app letting buyers get fully pre-approved about 3x faster (in as little as 8 1/2 minutes) with verified income and assets. Bee is the first consumer app built on Web3 technologies that enable it to decision data instantly instead of relying on a bunch of loan officers and processors like every other lender. This automation increases up to 3 - 4x allowing Bee to acquire customers at a 1/3 of the cost of other lenders in any rate environment.
Our Ambition
In 5 years, we hope to be a biggest lender in Florida, generating $100M+ in loans, and gearing up for our IPO and national expansion similar to how Robinhood rolled out state to state. While using our best estimates and forecasting, Bee's forward-looking projections cannot be guaranteed.
