The café will allow you to interact with the bunnies in a calming environment. And if you want something to drink prior to your visit you can enjoy a variety of traditional Mexican coffees and goodies. With our prime location, we are in the perfect location to target students on campus at the University, the weekend crowd, families looking for activities, and animal lovers. The city of La Verne and surrounding cities such as Pomona has a population of 150, 989 and 24% of that population is under the age of 18. There are 40,367 households with families. There are three rabbit rescues in the 20-mile radius however, they do not get much exposure.
The main vision for Amor Bunny Cafe is to provide meaningful and engaging experiences for our customers and to find forever homes for the rabbits. We will partner with local animal shelters. Bunnies are the third most dumped animal in the US and its very heartbreaking. Bunnies are misunderstood animals. They are often purchased impulsively for children for Easter and are dumped shortly after because people get overwhelmed and dont know how to care for them. By Opening Amor bunny café will help educate and advocate for bunnies in our community.
