When I came to the US from Iran, I began working at a small tire shop in Texas, where we sold used tires. After that, I decided to go to a bigger company and learn this job in principle. After working for about two years, I learned how to serve the customer and how to do my work correctly and flawlessly. After that, I decided to start a small shop based on my experience and knowledge. Now after six years, I am able to attract many customers. Our services include the repair and replacement of tires, selling used tires, oil changes, brake pad and starter replacement, and repairing small mechanical issues of vehicles. I have decided to add more services at my workplace. I would like to provide my customers with more choice. With more funding, I can buy a large number of new tires from a trusted supplier. Then I will be able to sell new tires at a very reasonable price along with the used tires I already sell. Based on the experience I have gained during this period, I believe that this will be a great opportunity to grow the business and gain customers’ trust by providing them the best service they deserve.
