We are a small restaurant that specializes in homemade, locally sourced foods. Our restaurant incorporates other local farms and businesses into our production process as much as possible to shorten the distance ingredients need to travel before they hit the plate. This ensures our quality is the freshest it can be while also trying to lower the number of emissions and tighten our sustainability in an industry that tends to lack those standards. We operate out of a small food stall in a cooperative food court. We focus on providing colorful breakfast and lunch options with fresh juices, bread, and pastries. Our reason for starting this restaurant at the beginning of 2021 was to ensure the development of healthy food access to a community with the agricultural ability to sustain itself. Local ingredients, plus our love and passion for the culinary craft, are why we wake up to do what we do daily.
