I spent two years saving every dime I could to buy a food trailer and opened it in 2020. I serve delicious hot bowls of food to hungry patrons. I decided to start this business after working for as long as I have in the food industry and not doing it for myself. I have always wanted to work for myself and this is a great opportunity to do what I know and love...for myself this time! My business operates at events in and around St. George, Utah. We attend local events in the community. We also have a regular location where we sell our delicious food to our regular patrons. I love serving the community we live in and seeing people we know come enjoy the food we make! After almost 3 years, our business is thriving and we just purchased a second trailer!
